Book excerpt: Excerpt from Certification of Incorporation and by-Laws: Organized February 26, 1912 N inth: The said Directors shall, at their first meeting classify themselves with respect to the time for which they shall severally hold omoe by dividing themselves into three classes, each consisting of one-third of the whole number of the Board of Directors. The Directors of the first class shall serve for a term of one year the Directors of the second class for a term of two years and the Directors of the third class for a term of three years and at each annual election the succes sors to the class of Directors whose term shall expire in that year shall be elected to hold office for the term of three years, so that the term of oflice of one class of Directors shall expire in each year.
