The work was delivered following the publication of the Warwick commission report into cultural value 'Enriching Britain : culture, creativity and growth'. With recommedations to Arts Council England (ACE) and the broader cultural sector concerning valuing everyday creativity in arts and culture, supporting existing and encouraging more grassroots activity and democratising an existing funded infrastructure.
