It appearing that there continues to be manifest deficiency in the recording of births, deaths and burials, this Meeting eu courages Friends to greater care in this respect, and recommends that in each Monthly Meeting there should be an annual ap pointment not only of a Recorder but of a Committee, selected from each Preparative Meeting, to report births, deaths and burials to the Recorder; and the Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this minute to the several Quarterly and Monthly Meetings.
