Part of the general advice I intend to give may indeed be objected to, because those who are affected will be called upon to lay aside habits and some articles of diet, which from having been long indulged in, they may deem necessary to comfort; but those who have not resolution to submit to the privations to be mentioned, must make _up their minds to suffer from the com plaint; - there is no alternative.
