I discuss notable features of the CLEO II experiment. I detail the event selection criteria and candidate reconstruction methods, and I describe the methods I use to model backgrounds. I present the branching fraction fit, and I quantify the various sources of measurement error. I present detailed studies of the reconstruction efficiency for slow charged pions, an important source of systematic uncertainty for this analysis. I conclude by discussing my result in the context of semileptonic B physics.
