When her father forbids her involvement, she decides to go underground as Mitch Jones, private investigator. Mitch soon discovers that The Case of the Missing S.I.P. is not an ordinary one. Aliens from the planet Zorb unexpectedly contact her and ask for her help. They need Mitch to reprogram their S1M1 unit, a.k.a. SIP, which contains vital information for the survival of their race. If their deadly enemy, Saja, discovers the SIP, he will destroy its sensitive database. Now Mitch is in a pickle. Should she help her dad or her alien friends? With the aid of Dr. Marvel, a nutty retired scientist who the aliens have selected as her partner, she somehow manages to keep one step ahead of her father. Can Mitch solve the case before the aliens' enemy destroys them?
