He was a graduate of Ebenezer Bible College and Seminary, Philippines. Currently, he is the Senior Pastor of the Multicultural Christian Fellowship of Australia since 2001. His first pastoral ministry was in Pasay City Alliance Church, Philippines, for thirteen years. In 1996, he was sent as a missionary to the Republic of Palau to serve as a Station Manager of the Palau Mission Station under Pacific Missionary Aviation. He and his wife (Alpha), and their four children (Adriel, Paul, Ralph and Ron), live in Darwin, Australia.
