So, we aim to be introduce a convenient tool for the problems, have uncertain inputs. We first give the defi nition of a neutrosophic matrix with its basic operations. Then we investigate the properties of the given operations and also prove that the family of all neutrosophic matrices is a vector space over a classicalfi eld.
