We reviewed many aspects of the law enforcement program, including management, policies, partnerships with other agencies, funding, internal affairs, quality control inspections, employee conduct, property, evidence, and training. Our assessment focused on law enforcement activities as they relate to the FWS special agent program. The wildlife inspector program was not included in the scope of our review.
