Book excerpt: The purpose of this study is to identify the support conditions of knowledge management favorable for organizational learning, and in this way, how it affects the management results. Moreover, it proposes a general model for analysis contrasted by a comparative analysis exploratory in a sample of 1,251 companies with more than 100 workers from 33 countries. The method for data examination is done by two ways factorial analysis, exploratory and confirmatory; to identify knowledge management conditions favorable for organizational learning. After that, a conglomerate analysis had been done focalized to contrast the connection with the management results aforementioned. The conglomerate analysis let know assessments of respondents by countries, with the purpose of identify the homogeneity inside groups and the greatest difference between groups. Finally, the results obtained verified the hypothesis deduced from the literature review and the model for analysis proposed.
