Book excerpt: Degory Priest (ca.1579-1620/1621) immigrated with the English separa- tists from England to Leyden, Holland, and married widow Sarah (Allerton) Vincent in 1611. They immigrated in 1620 to Plymouth, Massachusetts and after he died in the first great sickness, his widow married a third husband, Godbert Godbertson. Degory and Sarah had two daughters; one daughter married a Pratt, the second married a Coombs. Descendants and relatives lived in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and elsewhere.
