In the second part the 1978 Act on Foreign Investment is presented with the changes compared to the previous treatment. The third part examines the consequences of the 1978 Act, after having analysed the underlying reasons for the new line of thrust. The annex gives excerpts from the 1978 Act, together with excerpts from the Constitution of 1974 and the Act on foreign investment in the banking sector.
