March 23, 1904. He did a part of his High School work at Mars Hill College. He was married to Fairy Ellen Garnes, December 17, 1927 and they have 4 chil dren Neil and Kenneth Hollar, Mrs. Margie Glazebrook and Mrs. Lucille Abee and eleven grand-children.
