This book defines the problems facing society with the BOOMERS COMING at us and lays out the methods, systems and outcomes that need to be pursued by physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home care and hospice providers. It also proposes a SHIFT in the payment paradigm based on outcomes and funding using Self Health Insurance Funding Trusts that allow the individual to manage their own health care services and costs.
