Fran was passionate about removing the stigma associated with Lung Cancer because it can affect anyone. It does not discriminate between males and females, adults and children, smokers, non-smokers or never smokers. She wanted to make people aware that if you have lungs, you can get Lung Cancer. It's not just a smoker's disease! Fran's dream to dedicate a cookbook to Lung Cancer was continued by her daughters, Jessica and Rebecca Dunn, after she passed away. It was completed in her memory.
