Importantly, Chinese herbs introduced in this book is well-known, and the chemical components have been determined, which have not been contaminated with toxic compounds, heavy metals, pesticides, and microorganisms and may have serious side effects. These Chinese herbs have been widely used in China for intervention of anti-aging and age-related disease. We wish this book will facilitate progress toward healthy aging solutions and successful interventions.
